Returns
You may return unworn/defective item(s) within 45 days of shipment for a refund.
To initiate the return, download the return form from the website:
Enter your order number and the email address used to place the order;
Select “Check Status”;
Select the item(s) you would like to return.
We'll send you a confirmation as soon as your return has been processed (please allow 10 business days once the return is received).
At this time, we only accept returns for purchases on website. Free return postage applies only to orders within the return period. If the product is returned outside of the return period or the item is worn, damaged, or not in its original packaging, we will be unable to honor a refund for the merchandise. Initial shipping costs are non-refundable, we will issue a refund for the cost of the items plus tax only.
Refunds
The original amount paid for the returned item(s) will be refunded when your return has been received by us within 30 days. If you are returning your full order, we will also refund any original shipping cost. Refunds are made to the original payment method. If you paid by credit or debit card, then only the same card will be refunded.
